Metal Gear Online Stand-Alone Cover Art Revealed

During MGS4 signing event held in Tokyo recently, Konami has confirmed that Metal Gear Online component of MGS4 will soon be available separately in Japan for 1800 Yen (about $17 USD). No word on pricing and dates for the standalone version of Metal Gear Online in other territories.

And, on the same day, Yoshikazu Matsuhana, producer of Metal Gear Online, revealed the stand-alone package box with cover-art as shown below:

OMGGGGGG!! That’s Really Awesome!! With Snake and MK2 in the middle.. Hey, isn’t that the Middle East part where the Gekkos first appear and make a mess of the militia? MIDDLE EAST, RED ZONE? I hope it’ll be a Multiplayer Map cause that’ll be sweet! xD
