FIFA Street 3 Heading to PS3

EA has made the confirmation that FIFA Street 3 is heading to the next-gen on the PS3 and Xbox 360. EA made the official announcement today in a press release the company put out in regards to the future of the FIFA Street franchise. No news in regards to a release date have been confirmed either.

Sources state that the game was shown behind closed doors at the Leipzig Games Convention. There is yet to be any official announcement in regards to details about the game or a fact sheet.

News is also coming out that there will likely be a Nintendo Wii version of FIFA Street 3 as well since EA now appears very serious about supporting the Wii with just about every game possible. It is also not yet known if FIFA Street 3 will hit the Sony PSP and, or Nintendo DS. Past iterations of the game have hit the handhelds and have been very successful.
