EA on Wednesday announced the roster set, video uploads, and 5 on 5 online support for FIFA 08. While at the Leipzig Games Convention, Electronic Arts unveiled a robust roster list including 30 international leagues, 575 teams, and an impressive 15,000 players.

According to EA, each player will use 35% more precessing power than any previous game resulting in 1000 decisions made per second. We’re guessing that’s suppose to make them act more life like, but big numbers scare us.

FIFA 08 will also support video uploads and a post-launch downloadable extra mode which allows for 5 vs. 5 online matches up to 10 consoles.

In addition, EA confirmed 60 frames per second support for PS3. The reported 30 frames per second for the recently released Madden 08 on PS3 was widely criticized for being graphically inferior to the Xbox 360 version of the game.
